Jackson Hole Travel and a Trip Down Snake River at Dusk

Traveling heals the mind and renews the spirit.  Two weeks ago, after finishing a very busy Virtuoso Travel Week in Las Vegas, I hopped on a flight to Jackson Hole Wyoming to meet some friends.  Jackson Hole is an unassuming place with a simple airport and some of the friendliest and most hospitable people I have ever met.  A week long stay in Teton Village gave us the opportunity to fully explore this majestic national park and surrounding areas.  So much to do in the summer time, we had a busy week.  A highlight of our trip was a float down the Snake River at dusk.  Our guide, Neal, was fantastic and full of stories about the Tetons.  We were able to see moose, proghorn antelope, bald eagles, beavers, and elk.  We took a day to see Old Faithful and the Artist’s Paint Pots at Yellowstone and even ended up in Cody for a delicious steak dinner.  After almost 1400 miles on a rental car and a very busy week, my travel spirit is renewed…..where to next?
